A family real estate business since 1970, Professional Real Estate Management, Inc. established Beach Resort Rentals when Nancy Williams saw the need for a central management location for vacation rentals. Since then, Beach Resort Rentals has grown into a highly respected, standard setting vacation business on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

With our beautiful beaches, water parks, casinos and restaurants all located conveniently less than 10 minutes from the Interstate, Beach Resort Rentals has welcomed thousands of vacationers and corporate guests alike with our own special brand of "Southern Hospitality and Graciousness". Our guests have become extended family members with many returning year after year to build upon memories of prior vacations with us!

Directions to our office
Professional Real Estate Management, Inc. is located on Pass Road in Gulfport and is very easy to reach.
1. Take either Highway 90 or Interstate 10 to Cowan-Lorraine Road.
2. Then, from I-10 go South or from Hwy. 90 go North, to Pass Road.
3. At this major intersection turn East, and get in the right-most lane.
4. The third building is Handsboro Animal Hospital and PRM is the next building.
5. Turn right onto the side street Hubert and our parking lot is on the right.

Professional Real Estate Management, Inc. Beach Resort Rental Program

PRM, Inc. manages an ever growing number of beach homes, condos, and townhomes. Beach Resort Rentals provides a hands-free management for the owner. Our office is open during the day to welcome both guests and owners. Our staff is on-call 24 hours to handle emergencies.

We contract with Too Tidy, LLC to provide housekeeping services. The owner, Lisa Miller, is licensed and bonded. Each unit's linens are kept separate and washed in that unit.

Professional Real Estate Management, Inc. Beach Resort Rentals advertises in high profile magazines such as Southern Living, Southern Breeze, as well as in the Harrison County's Convention and Visitors Bureau publication Fun Times Guide. The ads in Southern Breeze and the Fun Times Guide are large-portion color ads with reader response cards and website links. We do direct mail to target areas, responding to people requesting information through the Chamber of Commerce. Our database of fifteen years provides a wealth of names for direct mail. We advertise in the Apartment Guide for both corporate and vacationers and respond to inquiries from their website. We are members of the Mississippi Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce and also the Gulfport Chamber of Commerce and receive direct referrals from them.
